Description

The AW86502EBCADNR-MC is an omnipolar Hall-effect switch with magnet calibration, ideal for applications demanding high consistency in open-close angle detection and other position sensing scenarios. The device supports omnipolar magnetic field response with a supply voltage range of 1.3 V to 3.6 V. It achieves an ultra-low average operating current of only 1.2uA, benchmarked among the lowest in the industry. When the magnetic flux density exceeds Bop (operating point), the device output is pulled low. When the magnetic flux density falls below Brp (release point), the device output is pulled high. When the magnetic flux density lies between Bop and Brp, the device output retains its previous state
