The AW13508PQNR is a SP8T switch with low insertion loss and high isolation. It can be used to support band switching and mode switching in antenna transmit and receive systems for 2G/3G/4G/5G, data cards and tablets. The AW13508PQNR is perfectly compatible with MIPI RFFE V2.1 control interface. It is provided in a compact QFN 1.65X1.65-16L package.
