Description

The AW12024TQNR is a dual-pole four-throw switch with low insertion loss, high Isolation and high power capability. It is suitable for multi-mode LTE and 5G NR quadruple antenna applications.
The AW12024TQNR is perfectly compatible with MIPI RFFE V2.1 control interface operating in 1.65 to 1.95V voltage range. It is provided in a compact 2.0mm x 2.0mm x 0.55mm size, 16-pin WBQFN package.
