Description
The AWP35635 is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 (480Mbps) SPST(Single Pole Single Throw) switch with integrated protection for USB D+ and D-.
The AWP35635 protection on the Con_DP / Con_DM pins can tolerate up to 36V DC, when Con_DP or Con_DM voltage is greater than the OVP(Over-Voltage Protection) threshold, the AWP35635 will be automatically shutoff to protect downstream devices.
The device operates over a 1.65V to 5.5V supply range.
The AWP35635 is available in a QFN 2.0mm X1.5mm -10L package.
