Description

AWP223036 is a 32-bit microcontroller integrating an up to 4×3×3 programmable auto-breathing matrix LED driver. The device features a maximum clock frequency of 48 MHz, incorporates 64 KB of on-chip Flash memory, and offers a rich set of peripherals and I/O ports. It is equipped with one 12-bit ADC, one 16-bit general-purpose timer, two 16-bit basic timers, as well as multiple communication interfaces including I²C, SPI, I²S and UART. Each LED channel supports independent 8-bit DC current setting for color mixing and 16-bit PWM current adjustment for brightness control. The global current for each channel is configured through the GCC register. Phase delay, spread spectrum and slew rate control techniques are adopted to minimize EMI and audible noise generated by MLCCs during simultaneous LED switching. AWP223036 can be configured via software to enter a shutdown mode with minimal current consumption. The device is available in a QFN 4×4-32L package, operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, and supports a temperature range of −40 °C to 105 °C.
