Description
The AW88252 is an I2S/TDM input, high efficiency digital Smart K audio amplifier with an integrated 9.8V smart boost converter. Due to its 7.8μV noise floor and ultra-low distortion, clean listening is guaranteed. It can deliver 5.2W output power into an 8Ω speaker at 1% THD+N.
The AW88252 integrates a high-efficiency smart boost converter as the Class-D amplifier supply rail. The output voltage of boost converter can be adjusted smartly according to the input amplitude, which extremely improves the efficiency without clipping distortion.
The AW88252 features high RF suppression and eliminates TDD noise completely benefited from the digital audio input interface. General settings are communicated via an I2C-bus interface, and the device address is configurable.
The AW88252 offers Short Circuit Protection, Over-Temperature Protection, Under-Voltage Protection and Over-Voltage Protection to protect the device.
