Description
The AW35216 is a 5 channels 2:1 SPST Load Switch with I2C programmable features. The device integrates ten N-MOSFETs and each channel consists of one input and two outputs. The inrush current of each channel is controlled by the internal registers through I2C interface to suppress input voltage drop. Each output can be controlled individually through I2C.
The AW35216 integrates a function called Power-sequence mode which allows the switches of group A or B turn on and off in sequence by only one command. The delay time between channels can be configured through I2C.
The device integrates Soft-start time-out protection, Over-temperature protection and Under-voltage Lock-out.
The AW35216 is available in WLCSP 2.045mm x 1.580mm -20B package.
