Description

AW20198C is an 18x11 matrix LED driver programmed via an I2C compatible interface. Each channel has individual 8-bit PWM current setting for brightness control. The global current of each channel is determined by the external resistor REXT. Spread spectrum and slew rate control technology are utilized to reduce EMI and audible noise caused by MLCC when LEDs turn on or off simultaneously. AW20198C can be turned off with minimum current consumption by either pulling the EN pin low or using the software reset. AW20198C is available in QFN 5mmx5mmx 0.55mm-40L package. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V over the temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
