Description

The AW13510 is a SP10T switch with low insertion loss and high isolation. It can be used to support band switching and mode switching in antenna diversity systems for 2G/3G/4G, data cards and tablets. The AW13510 is perfectly compatible with MIPI RFFE V2.1 control interface. It is provided in a compact 2.4mm x 2.4mm, 20-pin QFN package.
