Description

1. The AW12033TQNR is a three-pole, three-throw(3P3T) CMOS SOI switch with low insertion loss, high Isolation and high power handling capability. It is suitable for multi-mode LTE and 5G NR triple antenna applications.
2. The AW12033TQNR is perfectly compatible with MIPI RFFE V2.1 control interface operating in 1.65 to 1.95V voltage range. It is provided in a compact 2.0mm x 2.0mm x 0.55mm size, 16-pin WBQFN package.
