Description

The AWS7965X is a low power, high precision Zero-Drift CMOS operational amplifier. The device can operate from 1.8V to 5.5V single supply or from ±0.9V to ±2.75V supplies. This op amp features very good AC performance with a gain bandwidth product of 6MHz, slew rate of 5.5V/μs and low input voltage noise of 0.25μVpp, while drawing 1100μA per channel (typical) quiescent current. The AWS7965X also support rail-to-rail input and output. The AWS7965X is designed to provide optimal performance in low voltage and low power systems. It has high impedance inputs and 8.5μV (Max) offset voltage. These specifications make AWS7965X appropriate for a wide range of applications requiring high precision, such as high linearity driver of high precision ADC. The AWS7965X is available in Green SOT23–5L, MSOP-8L, SOP-8L packages package.
