Description

The AWS79632 is a dual channel low power, high precision Zero-Drift CMOS operational amplifier. The device can operate from 1.8V to 5.5V single supply or from ±0.9V to ±2.75V dual supplies. This op amp features very good AC performance with a gain bandwidth product of 4MHz, slew rate of 2.5V/μs and low input voltage noise of 0.27μVpp, while drawing 600μA per channel (typical) quiescent current. The AWS79632 also support rail-to-rail input and output. The AWS79632 is designed to provide optimal performance in low voltage and low power systems. It has high impedance inputs and 8.5μV (Max) offset voltage. These specifications make AWS79632 appropriate for a wide range of applications requiring high precision, such as high linearity driver of high precision ADC. The AWS79632 is available in Green SOP-8L package.
