Description

The AWS35732S is a high bandwidth switch specially designed for Hi-Speed USB 2.0(480Mbps) switch with low RON, it can be configured as a dual 1:2 or 2:1 switch. The device operates over a 2.0V to 5.5V supply range with a control bit SEL for switch pair and an on/off enable pin OEB for shutdown mode. The AWS35732S integrates ESD protection cells on all data pins, it can pass at least ±8kV contact discharge on all data pins. The AWS35732SQNR is available in a QFN 2.0mm X1.5mm -10L package, and is characterized over the free-air temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
