Description

The AWP37300BXXX is a low-power linear regulator that supplies power to systems with high-voltage batteries. It includes a wide 2.5V to 40V input range, low-dropout voltage and low-quiescent supply current. It is capable of supplying 150mA output current. The low-quiescent current and low-dropout voltage allow operations at extremely low-power levels. Therefore, the AWP37300BXXX is ideal for low-power microcontrollers and battery-powered equipment. The AWP37300BXXX provides a wide variety of fixed output-voltage options(from 0.8V to 12V). The AWP37300BXXX also features an internal soft-start to lower inrush current during start-up. The built-in overcurrent limit protection helps protect the regulator in the event of a load short or fault condition. It also include the thermal shutdown protection and is available in SOT23-5L, SOT23-3L, SOT89-3L package.
