Description
The AWP35631 is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 (480Mbps) D-SPST(Dual - Single Pole Single Throw) switch with integrated protection for USB D+ and D-.
The AWP35631 protection on the D+/D- pins can tolerate up to 36V DC, when D+ or D- voltage is greater than the OVP(Over-Voltage Protection) threshold, the AWP35631 will be automatically shutoff to protect downstream devices.
The device operates over a 1.65V to 5.5V supply range.
The AWP35631 is available in a FCDFN 1.5mm X1.0mm -6L package.
