Description

AW96503CSR、AW96505CSR、AW96505DNR and AW96508QNR are mul-channel low-power proximity sensors. Each channel can be independently configured as sensor input. Advanced self capacitance technology is adoptedbin AW965XX. With a high-resolution ADC and advanced digital signal processing (DSP) algorithm, the minimal capacitance that can be detected is as low as 0.52aF in typical application. AW965XX contains the I2C serial communication bus. Through I2C, Host can configure the chip to work. Upon event detection, the interrupt pin outputs asserts, enabling Host to receive the event information such as distance and event status. A built-in ultra-low-power MCU realizes AFE sampling control, signal filtering, RF noise suppression, adaptive temperature compensation, baseline tracking, etc. With the advanced DSP algorithm, AW965XX is able to track gradual environmental variations (such as temperature, humidity, etc.).
