Description

The AW88399SQNR is an I2S/TDM input, high efficiency digital Smart K audio amplifier with an integrated 10.25V smart boost converter and SKTune speaker protection algorithms. Due to its 8.6μV noise floor and ultra-low distortion, clean listening is guaranteed. It can deliver 5.3W output power into an 8Ω speaker at 1% THD+N. The AW88399SQNR integrates SKTune algorithm that includes parametric audio path equalizer, multi-band dynamic range control, anti-clip voltage limiter and speaker protection. The SKTune algorithm maximizes speaker performance while maintaining safe speaker conditions. The AW88399SQNR integrates a high-efficiency smart boost converter as the Class-D amplifier supply rail. The output voltage of boost converter can be adjusted smartly according to the amplitude of input signal, which extremely improves the efficiency without clipping distortion. The AW88399SQNR features high RF suppression and eliminates TDD noise completely benefited from the digital audio input interface. General settings are communicated via an I2C-bus interface, and the device address is configurable. The AW88399SQNR offers Short Circuit Protection, Over-Temperature Protection, Under-Voltage Protection and Over-Voltage Protection to protect the device. AW88399SQNR is available in a WBQFN 4mmX4mmX0.75mm-32L package.
