Description

The AW86564ASTR is a linear Hall effect IC that respond proportionally to magnetic flux density. The quiescent output voltage of the device is 50 % nominal of the supply voltage VCC and the supply current of the device is 2.6 mA. The AW86564ASTR features magnet temperature compensation to counteract how magnets drift for linear performance across a wide -40°C to +125°C temperature range. The AW86564ASTR is available in 3 pin SOT and is rated over -40°C to +125°C. The package is available in a lead (Pb)free version.
