Description

The AW86500BBCCDNR is a digital magnetic sensor switch, ideal for small battery-powered applications such as portable medical devices. It supports omnipolar magnetic field response and features a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, The device boasts an ultra-low average operating current of only 60nA, among the lowest in the industry. Furthermore, this sensor switch is equipped with an Output latch control pin , via this pin, the output can be kept in a specific state, unaffected by any changes in the magnetic field. When the magnetic field strength is greater than Bop, then the device output is pulled low; When the magnetic field strength is less than Brp, then the device output is pulled high; When the magnetic field strength is between Bop and Brp, then the device output remains in the previous state.
