Description

The AW83612TSR-Q1 is a Class D mono-channel high-efficiency audio power amplifier with I2C control that delivers up to 22W of power at 14.4V power with 4Ω load. In Low-Loss mode, it consumes a low idle current, allowing for longer audio play and improved speaker performance. AW83612TSR-Q1 improves the heat dissipation capacity of the package to ensure that the chip can work normally at high temperature. The AW83612TSR-Q1 features the EEE (Enhanced Emission Elimination) function which greatly reduces EMI over the full bandwidth. The AW83612TSR-Q1 built-in over-voltage, under-voltage protection, DC protection, thermal protection, short-circuit protection and load dump protection, effectively prevent it from being damaged. With load diagnosis function, the speaker status can be reported through the I2C. AW83612TSR-Q1 is available in ETSSOP-16L package.
