Description

The AW39103 is designed to provide a single low-voltage host-side interface for the SIM card.The AW39103 has three level shifters to convert the I/O data, RST and CLK signals between a SIM card and a host-controller. In addition, the automatic bidirectional control structure of the I/O port ,makes it unnecessary to control the signal transmission direction by additional input signals. The AW39103 is suitable for all ETSI, IMT-2000 and ISO-7816-3 SIM/Smart card interface requirements.
