Description

The AW36203 is a monolithic step up converter integrating a 2A/40V power MOSFET. It uses current mode, fixed frequency architecture to regulate the output voltage, providing fast transient response and cycle by cycle current limit.
The AW36203 integrates under-voltage lockout, over voltage protection, over current protection, Over-temperature Protection.
