Description
The AW35331 is a high voltage, wide range positive and negative signal passing, 1:1, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch. The device works with a single supply from 2.3V to 5.5V, but can pass bidirectional analog and digital signals beyond the supply from -20V to 20V.
The AW35331 also features bidirectional powered off protection up to ±20V, which isolates the switch even when there is no supply voltage present (VCC = 0V). Without this protection feature, any voltage on the switch can back-power the supply rail through an internal ESD diode and cause potential damage to the rest of the system.
With excellent THD+N and RON-flatness, the AW35331 is a good choice for passing precision analog and audio signals without adding distortion.
The AW35331 is available in Green FCDFN 1.5mmX1.2mm-6L package. It operates over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
