Description

The AW35141A is a single-channel NMOS load switch with slew rate control. The device integrates a typical Ron of 18mΩ and has 6A maximum continuous switch current. The device on/off is controlled by the ON pin which is suitable for interfacing directly with low voltage I/O ports.
The AW35141A features over temperature protection. The device shuts down when the junction temperature exceeds 160℃ and return on when the temperature drops 30℃. The AW35141A also has QOD function which can prevent the output from floating when the switch is disabled.
