Description

AW35020/AW35020A is a smart e-Fuse with robust overcurrent ａｎｄ overvoltage protection. It’s applied to 5V DC buses.
AW35020/AW35020A uses N-channel MOSFET as power switch, ａｎｄ allows the user to program the current-limit threshold ｂｅｔｗｅｅｎ 250mA to 3A with an external resistor when the load exceeds the current-limit threshold.
AW35020/AW35020A can withstand 24V DC voltage, ａｎｄ shuts down ｉｎ the event VIN exceeds overvoltage threshold. Overvoltage threshold is programed by external resistors.
Additional features include enable, under-voltage, over-temperature, output discharge ａｎｄ fault flag output are provided to monitor system status.
