Description
The AW32L018 microcontroller features an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core with a maximum operating frequency of 48M Hz. It includes 256KB Flash memory, 5KB Data Flash, and 24KB SRAM, along with rich I/O ports and peripheral modules. This product integrates one 12-bit ADC, two comparators, two 16-bit general-purpose timers, two 16-bit basic timers, four low-power timers, and one RTC counter. It also provides standard communication interfaces: two USART interfaces, five LPUART interfaces, one SPI interface, and one I2C interface. Additionally, this product incorporates a segment LCD driver module (SLCD) and an infrared signal modulation module (IRM).
This product series operates at voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Various power-saving modes are built in to meet low-power application requirements.
