Description

The AW32L005EA microcontroller features an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, with a maximum operating frequency of up to 48MHz. It incorporates 64 KB of high-speed embedded memory and a wide range of I/O ports and peripheral modules. This product includes one 12-bit ADC, one 16-bit advanced timer, one 16-bit general-purpose timer, and one 16-bit basic timer. It also provides standard communication interfaces: two USARTs, one SPI interface, and one I2C interface. The operating voltage range of this product series is 2.0 V to 5.5 V, with an operating temperature range (ambient temperature) covering -40°C to 85°C for industrial grade. Multiple built-in power-saving modes help meet the requirements of low-power applications.
