The AW35206 is a 6-channel, low RON load switch with user programmable features. The device integrates six P-channel MOSFETs that operates over the input voltage from 1.2V to 5.5V. While the supply voltage range of the system is 1.5V ~5.5V. All load switches are controlled through I2C BUS which makes it realizable for usage with processors having limited GPIO available.
The rising time of output voltage is programmable to avoid inrush current. Each output integrates a quick output discharge (QOD) function block that can be disabled via I2C BUS. Also every load switch has the ability that cuts off current when the output voltage is higher than the input while it can be disabled for low quiescent current. Single switch supports the maximum current 2A for VINX>1.8V.
The AW35206 is available in FOWLP package (0.35-mm pitch) and characterized for operation over the free-air temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
