  1. Built-in 64KB program Flash, supporting OTA (Over-The-Air) upgrades;

  2. Built-in 4KB SRAM, sufficient for task execution and data caching needs;

  3. Built-in 1KB data Flash, dedicated to storing user parameters and configuration information without occupying the main program space, supporting up to 100,000 erase/write cycles, meeting the lifetime requirements of the vast majority of products.

  1. One advanced timer, supporting complementary PWM output and dead-time adjustment, suitable for high-precision applications such as motor control and power conversion;

  2. One general-purpose timer and one basic timer, meeting various timing, counting, and PWM output requirements;

  3. Independent Watchdog (IWDG): effectively prevents program runaway and improves system stability;

  4. Built-in high-speed analog comparator and 12-bit ADC, supporting a minimum conversion time of 1μs (1MSPS sampling rate), capable of simultaneously acquiring multiple analog signals. It enables high-precision, high-speed real-time acquisition of temperature, voltage, current, or sensor data, providing a solid foundation for precise control;

  5. Efficient communication and interconnectivity: 2 USART interfaces, 1 SPI interface for connecting to Bluetooth, displays, Wi-Fi modules, sensors, and other peripherals; 1 I2C interface supporting multi-master mode.

Up to 5 specific IOs can be configured as sink current mode, with a maximum sink current of up to 80mA, capable of directly driving relays, high-power LEDs, and other loads, simplifying external circuit design.
