The AW37023QNR supports a continuous 3A output current, stably driving controllers, high-speed FPGAs, and high-power communication modules. Additionally, its NMOS architecture enables ultra-low dropout voltage under high current, with a dropout of only 120mV at full load, significantly reducing heat generation and improving system energy efficiency.

5μVrms Ultra-Low Noise to Safeguard Signal Integrity

In noise-sensitive applications such as 5G base station RF front-ends and switch serial decoding links, power supply noise can directly translate into signal interference. The AW37023QNR’s ultra-low noise technology achieves 5μVrms (10Hz-100kHz, 0.8V/3A) performance, ensuring ADC sampling accuracy, PLL clock stability, and bit error rate (BER) metrics for high-speed serial links.

±1% Full-Temperature Range Accuracy to Ensure System Reliability

Temperature fluctuations, load changes, and input voltage disturbances are three major challenges to power supply accuracy. The AW37023QNR integrates a high-precision reference voltage source and low-temperature-drift precision resistors, achieving ±1% output accuracy across the full temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. Its excellent load transient response quickly adjusts for voltage drops, preventing system resets or data errors caused by power fluctuations.

ANY-OUT Voltage Regulation Technology: Eliminates the need for external voltage divider resistors. Output voltage is adjusted simply by grounding pins through PCB layout, reducing the total number of external components.
