Compared with the mainstream DFN package of 1mm×1mm×0.37mm, Awinic's ultra-small package LDO has its size reduced to 0.645mm×0.645mm with a thickness of only 0.3mm. Its area is sharply reduced by 60% compared with the DFN package, which greatly improves space utilization. This change frees up more layout space for precision components such as camera modules and sensors, perfectly meeting the design requirements for extreme thinness and lightness of smart terminals.

While achieving an extremely small size, the chip still maintains the characteristics of low dropout voltage, low noise, high power supply rejection ratio and excellent transient response.
