For such enterprises, the inspection and evaluation conclusion is: qualified;
4. Below 60: the completion rate of the target for cumulative sales revenue or cumulative net profit is less than 50%; or there is fraud in evaluation materials; or the enterprise fails to participate in the evaluation. For such enterprises, the inspection and evaluation conclusion is: unqualified.
