Recently the first Awinic Open Day was officially launched. This event is mainly for 2019's graduates of relevant specialties from Chinese excellent colleges and universities, helping them know Awinic better through visiting the real-life office site.
The Awinic Open Day is divided into two parts: Tour Guide and Career Planning Exchange. In the Tour Guide session, students were guided by Awinic staff to visit the headquarter and learn about Awinic's ten-year endeavor, various interesting activities, layout of the office area and the stories behind. In the eyes of students, Awinic's facilities such as the lake-view leisure area, book corner and indoor slide constitute unique scenery that distinguishes Awinic from an ordinary IC company. Many students stopped and took photos.
During the session of Career Planning Exchange, Awinic's engineers with years of R&D experience and HRs introduced the product lines and Awinic's future path of development to students respectively. With passion, they also showed many intelligent electronic products with Awinic chips inside that have won good reputations in the market over the past year, and showed Awinic's R&D achievements, company's activities, corporate cultures, etc..
For some students' concerns about issues and policies related to work and life, HRs also conducted an in-depth analysis for each case, preparing a "soft landing" for students to begin their career life in the future.
After the event, many students indicated that they were quite satisfied with Awinic's software and hardware environment, and expressed gratitude to HRs for the thoughtful arrangement of this Open Day. We hope these graduates can feel the warmth as home in this one-day activity through Awinic staff's passion.
