Over the past month, the speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping has generated an ardent response in all walks of life, which not only encourages vast number of private entrepreneurs, but allows the outside world to see China's strong resolution to adhere to its basic economic system and continue to create China miracle.
To deeply implement General Secretary's speech at the private enterprise symposium on November 1, thoroughly understand the difficulties existing in Shanghai's private enterprises and SMEs, combine with the practical work of politics and law, further support the development of enterprises and help solve their problems, on the morning of December 4, Chen Yin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Committee and Secretary of the Politics and Legal Commission of the CPC Shanghai Committee,visited Awinic and conducted a survey.

Zhu Zhisong, Secretary of Minhang District, Liu Yufeng, Member of the Standing Committee of Minhang District and Secretary of the Political and Legal Commission of Minhang District and other leaders also visited Awinic and carried out the survey.
Accompanied by CEO Sun Hongjun, comrade Chen Yin and other leaders visited Awinic's Shanghai headquarter and listened to the introduction about Awinic's chip R&D, software algorithms, market trends and other technologies and products. With great interests, they also experienced various popular electronic products of famous domestic and foreign brands with built-inAwinic chips.
During the survey, Sun Hongjun briefly introduced Awinic to the leaders. Founded in 2008, Shanghai Awinic Technology Co. Ltd., is a high-tech company focusing on IC design of mixed signal, analog, and radio frequency, and concentrating on mobile phone, smart wear, intelligent hardware, IoT and other consumer electronics areas. After hearing the special report on Awinic's development, Comrade Chen Yin discussed with the participants on the difficulties encountered during the development of enterprise, as well as current opportunities and challenges for domestic IC industry.
Comrade Chen Yin said that since the ZTE Event, we are deeply aware of the importance of having independent intellectual property rights and patented technology. Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government have always been concerned about thehealthy development of private enterprises. Through rational planning and policy support, the government will support the development of private enterprises in Shanghai strongly and provide a favorable business environment for private enterprises.
It is reported that recently the government of Minhang District held a thematic meeting on supporting private enterprise's development at full blast. At the meeting, relevant competent authorities discussed and exchanged opinions on the problems found in the preliminary survey. For the next stage, all departments will soon study the spirit of the speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping in depth to re-examine, re-plan, and re-promote the work; the government will propel and carry out the work item by item, make real efforts to solve the urgent needs of enterprises, establish platforms for enterprises to speak out conveniently, and build channels to transmit policies accurately. The government will offer front-line service actively and be the "golden assistant" for enterprises, not disturbing the enterprises without matters and keenly answering their requests.
