说明

AWP223XXX is a 32-bit microcontroller integrating a programmable auto-breathing matrix LED driver supporting up to 4×3×2 or 4×3×3 or 6×5×2 or 12×11 configurations. The device features a maximum clock frequency of 48 MHz, incorporates 64 KB of on-chip Flash memory, and offers a rich set of peripherals and I/O ports. It is equipped with one 12-bit ADC, one 16-bit general-purpose timer, two 25-bit basic timers, as well as multiple communication interfaces including I²C, SPI, I²S and UART. Each LED channel supports independent 8-bit DC current setting for color mixing and 16-bit PWM current adjustment for brightness control. The global current for each channel is configured through the GCC register. Phase delay, spread spectrum and slew rate control techniques are adopted to minimize EMI and audible noise generated by MLCCs during simultaneous LED switching. The device operates from 2.7V to 5.5V, and supports a temperature range of −40 °C to 105 °C.
