The AW8013 is a high efficiency, ultra-low-EMI, RNS, mono, filter-free, constant large volume, Class-D audio amplifier.
The AW8013 integrates spread spectrum functionality, which can effectively improve EMI performance and it features the EEE(Enhanced Emission Elimination) function which greatly reduces EMI over the full bandwidth.
With integrated AWINIC proprietary NCN output AGC audio algorithm, AW8013CSR can improve sound quality and effect. The filter-free PWM architecture and internal gain setting reduces external components count, board area consumption, system cost and simplifies the design. In addition, The AW8013 offers efficiencies above 94%. The over-current, over-temperature and undervoltage protection is prepared inside of the device.
The AW8013 is available in an ultra small WLCSP 1.165mmX1.165mmX0.6mm-9B package. The AW8013 is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
