AW86020 is a Bi-directional voice coil motor close loop driver chip, which integrated a constant current driver. The maximum output current is ±150mA. The supply voltage range is from 2.6V to 3.6V.
AW86020 is controlled through the I2C serial interface, and its operating frequency can reach up to 1MHz. The I2C device address can be configured by Flash, The default address is 0xD4 (7-bit 0x6A).
AW86020 integrated hall sensor. The hall sensor contains temperature correction algorithm and offset cancel circuit.
AW86020 supports 17-points and 33-points linearization calibration algorithm. X-axis and Y-axis index points are stored in Flash when 17-points algorithm is enabled, only Y-axis index points are stored when 33-points algorithm is enabled.
AW86020 integrated PID controller and digital filter circuit, the coefficients of PID and filter circuit are float point. These coefficients can be configured in two ways: 1) automatically loaded (Auto-load), 2) I2C configuration.
AW86020 contains Flash and Cache. Flash storage area size is 2K bytes and it can form fully mapping with Cache.
